With over 17 years experience in the investment industry, Susan
brings a wide range of experience to her role as an advisor,
not to mention her effervescent personality and passion
for dealing with clients.
With an Economics Degree from the University of Winnipeg -
wherein she now sits on their executive board for their newly
developed School of Business and Economics -
Having achieved her Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Options
and Derivatives and Professional Financial Planning designation,
she is on the front lines in dealing with the unique financial
and investment needs of clients.
In the winter of 2009/2010 along with her business partner &
co-founder Laura, Susan will launch goldengirlFinance, a web
based digital media site to connect women with important
financial resources, inspiration, and mentoring.
goldengirlFinance was born out of a deep desire to inspire,
motivate, engage and support women into taking control of their
financial lives and futures. To educate and empower women as to
the unique financial risks they face that are critical to their
long term welfare and to their sense of security for both
themselves and their families. To give women the confidence to
either take the lead role or a key role in making important
financial decisions.
In her spare time, she enjoys a healthy lifestyle which includes
regular exercise, photography and design, and spending time with
her family which includes her own 2 little golden girls, Anya 4
and Linnéa 2.
